Shafa Energy Nigeria Limited is inviting young graduates for its 2025 graduate trainee program.
The Shafa Energy Graduate Trainee Program offers hands-on training in the oil and gas sector, and a post-training employment that comes with a monthly salary for selected candidates.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Shafa Energy AYM Graduate Trainee Program, you must:
Be a graduate with a minimum of a second class Lower (2:2) in the following fields:
Engineering, Technology, and Applied Sciences
Natural Sciences and Mathematics
Business, Management, and Social Sciences
Health, Safety, and Environmental Sciences (HSE)
Possess at least five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
Have completed NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter.
0-2 years of work experience
Must not be older than 28 years at the time of application.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
