Key Responsibilities
Managing daily production targets and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Leading recipe development, quality control, and food safety compliance.
Overseeing inventory, material planning, and waste reduction.
Training and supervising production staff.
Collaborating with vendors and offtakers to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
3+ years in food production (FMCG/snack manufacturing preferred).
Experience with fried snacks or similar products is a strong advantage.
Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety (HACCP/GMP) and cost management.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
