Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Scrum Master at Access Bank Plc, located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum processes, coach and support the development team, and ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
The role involves organizing and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
Strong Analytical and Communication skills
Experience in Software Development
Ability to lead and guide teams through the Agile process
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
Certification as a Professional Scrum Master-PSM II is a plus.
