The Multi-Disciplined Inspectors will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in non-destructive testing (NDT) and piping inspection, coupled with advanced rope access supervision capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead rope access inspection teams, ensuring strict adherence to IRATA safety protocols and best practices.
Conduct comprehensive API 570 Piping Inspections, including in-service and out-of-service assessments, damage mechanism identification, and remaining life calculations.
Perform advanced NDT inspections using ISO9712 Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Testing (MT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) techniques.
Interpret inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to develop inspection plans and schedules.
Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications
IRATA Level 3 Supervisor certification is mandatory.
API 570 Piping Inspector certification is mandatory.
ISO 9712 UT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
ISO 9712 MT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
ISO 9712 RT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
Proven supervisory experience in rope access operations.
Excellent understanding of inspection codes, standards, and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in technical report writing and data analysis.
Ability to work effectively in challenging environments and maintain a high level of safety awareness.
