We are seeking a meticulous Medical Laboratory Scientist to drive accurate high-volume testing, and uphold ISO 15189 quality standards in our busy facility.
Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and analyze specimens across Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular diagnostics.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
Validate and release results within specified time frame.
Champion internal QC/QA, participate in external proficiency schemes, and prepare documentation for audits.
Requirements:
A BMLS license.
2 or more years experience in a medical laboratory.
Proven competence with automated analysers and middleware.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Familiarity with laboratory safety and compliance.
