To serve as a strategic guide to regional managers and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Performance management and talent optimization
to carry out HR operations and compliance
Outsource management
Recruitment, Onboarding, and vendor management
Employee engagement and wellbeing
Planning and reporting
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in HRM, Business Admin, and other related fields
Experience: 3-5 years experience and above
Gender: Male and Female
Age: Not more than 45 years
Abilities/Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
Proficiency with the HRIS system
Strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Professional HR certification e.,g CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is a plus
