Job Summary
As an Assistant Architect at Firstfruit Housing Ltd, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and designing.
This role demands a strategic and creative thinker who collaborates cross-functionally with construction, marketing, and project management teams to deliver architectural solutions that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable luxury living.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or similar tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Virtual Architectural Walkthroughs/Cinematics is a great plus.
Portfolio of previous projects demonstrating design skills and technical expertise.
Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
Create concept designs, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations.
Prepare and review construction documents and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to oversee construction progress.
Sustainable design solutions.
Must reside in Abuja.
