Job Summary
Responsible for developing and managing the production schedule for all operations.
Ensure that manufacturing activities are aligned with customer orders, inventory targets, and resource availability to meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
Work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, inventory, and operations teams to optimize production flow and maintain schedule adherence.
Responsibilities
Develop the production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed to meet the predicted completion date.
Monitor and adjust production plans to accommodate changes in demand, supply delays, or equipment availability.
Create a better workflow that uses company resources more effectively.
Liaise with Material Controller to ensure timely availability of parts and raw materials to minimize downtime and escalate critical shortages.
Follow up to ensure assigned jobs align with the plan.
Update and amend Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system (AX) based on design changes, substitutions, or corrective actions from engineering.
Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery. Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly to meet deadlines.
Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
Generate production reports.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years work experience.
