Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, ensuring resolution in line with company policy and labour laws
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting open communication and collaboration
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to support seamless new employee integration
Handle onboarding sessions for new hires
Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and sales targets
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND qualifcation with 1-2 years work experience.
