This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located along Abuja Kaduna express way.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying potential candidates to the onboarding stage.
Key daily tasks include interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, implementing effective recruiting strategies, and maintaining a positive employer brand.
Additionally, the specialist will oversee and improve the company’s hiring processes to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in the mining or natural resources industry is a plus.
