The role involves conducting market research, preparing property reports, negotiating sales terms, finalizing real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with real property regulations.
Qualifications
Possess a Real Estate License
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.
