We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team.
This is more than a traditional HR role — we need a strategic partner who understands how to build systems, shape culture, manage internal administrative operations, and align people practices with our evolving business goals.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:

Championing our culture and values across the organization
Developing and implementing people strategies that support growth, performance, and engagement
Leading strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and organizational design
Coaching managers and supporting leadership development
Owning compliance, HR operations, and people processes — with excellence

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Strong foundation in core HR functions
Strategic thinker who can zoom out and help drive change
Experience with culture building, organizational health, and workforce planning
Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and business acumen
Proven experience in a fast-paced, growing environment (startup/scale-up experience is a plus)
