Sales & Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generating leads and building a strong client base.
Present and sell various travel products and services, including flights, accommodations, tour packages, cruises, travel insurance, and car rentals, to individual and group clients.
Negotiate rates and packages with clients to close sales effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after their travel.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients on bookings, payments, and travel details.

Promotional Activities:

Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, brochures, and sales presentations.
Participate in marketing campaigns and events to promote travel services.
Manage Social Media pages.

Administrative Support:

Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and schedules for the sales team and management.
Prepare, type, and proofread travel proposals, contracts, invoices, reports, and other sales-related documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails) for the travel department, directing inquiries as appropriate.

Travel Logistics & Operations:

Make and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services.
Issue travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and travel insurance policies.
Process payments, manage billing, and reconcile accounts related to travel bookings.
Assist clients with visa applications, passport requirements, and other necessary travel documentation.

Requirements

Experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Sales Executive, administrative or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle

Qualifications

OND/HND/BSc Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred with 1-3 years work experience.
