Finom Consult is recruiting Independent Verification Personnel (IVPs) to support a time-bound PHC health system assessment in collaboration with state and development partners.
Location: Kano
Duration: Short-term (Field deployment in July 2025)
Job Description:
- Conduct field visits to assigned health facilities across selected LGAs
- Administer structured checklists to assess service delivery, staff availability, supervision, and facility improvement plans.
- Collect and upload real-time data using digital tools (e.g., ODK/Kobo Collect).
- Work closely with retired health professionals to validate facility-level information.
- Submit complete and accurate reports within specified timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public health, monitoring & evaluation, or PHC program implementation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Nigeria’s PHC systems.
- Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools (e.g., ODK, Kobo Collect).
- Excellent attention to detail, independence, and neutrality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas within the state.
