We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead our social media presence and content development.
This role combines strategic planning, creative storytelling, community engagement, and performance analysis to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.
Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
Monitor trends and algorithm changes to optimize platform-specific content.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.
Content Creation:
Create visually appealing and on-brand content (images, videos, graphics, Reels, Stories, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop multimedia content for campaigns.
Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform’s tone and audience.
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content, including behind-the-scenes, tutorials, and product demos.
Strategy & Analytics:
Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent output and alignment with marketing campaigns.
Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform analytics.
Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
Stay informed on competitor activities and best practices in digital content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content professionally.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other video editing software.
Experience with social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and engagement techniques.
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
