Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
Open and close job cards for all vehicle repairs and ensure proper documentation of work done.
Update fleet maintenance tracking systems and workshop logs daily.
Coordinate parts requisition, stock issuance, and inventory updates with the storekeeper or parts officer.
Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections for vehicles in line with company policy.
Track and follow up on outsourced repairs and liaise with external vendors.
Ensure timely processing of workshop-related invoices and documentation for payment.
Monitor mechanic performance, attendance records, and job assignments under supervision.
Ensure workshop files, service reports, and maintenance logs are up to date and well-organized.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on workshop activities, cost tracking, and downtime analysis.
Support compliance with HSE and company procedures in the workshop.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification.
