Our client is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-food restaurant in Lagos.

Our client is looking to add a Restaurant manager that would be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the restaurant’s offerings to corporate and individual customers.
This role combines sales expertise with deep knowledge of food and hospitality services to increase brand visibility and boost customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
Achieve sales targets and manage budgetary controls.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a fast-food or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
