We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable business growth.
The CFO will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, risk management, and overall financial strategy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Cash Flow & Risk Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and debt financing to optimize financial performance.
Cost Control & Profitability: Implement cost-saving measures and monitor profitability to align with company goals.
Strategic Leadership: Provide financial advisory and ensure alignment with business growth and market demands.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Certifications: ACA, ACCA, or ICAN required.
