We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Trainer to help develop, improve, and refine our artificial intelligence models.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about language, logic and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Create, review, and curate high-quality training data for AI and machine learning models.
Annotate and label datasets for NLP, computer vision, and other AI domains.
Evaluate AI model outputs for relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve AI models and algorithms.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
Monitor model performance and identify patterns of errors or bias.
Ensuring data quality by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and formatting data consistently.
Creating guidelines and documentation for data annotation and training processes.
Keeping up with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to improve AI models.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
Strong command of the English language.
Familiarity with AI concepts, large language models, or machine learning pipelines.
Experience with annotation tools or data labelling platforms.
Experience training chatbots, LLMS, or AI-powered assistants.
Experience with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools.
Multilingual proficiency or domain expertise.
