Management of all drivers and attending to vehicle requests
Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions about the route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation’
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, whether for transporting goods, people or hazardous materials, is essential.
Generating daily pool allocation and usage reports
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of logistics activities.
Ensure all pool vehicles are sufficiently filled with fuel.
Assist in arranging monthly driver training
Arranging the driver’s vouchers for signatures
Receive complaints from drivers and find possible solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of hands-on Experience.
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills
Knowledge of transportation regulations.
Problem solving & geographical knowledge.
