Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance for all equipment. Ensuring that all equipment and lifting equipment are maintained as per the schedule.
Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, assist the Chief Engineer in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Improve production efficiency, through machine availability
Reduce machine downtime, through efficient lean manufacturing
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
Adhering to all safety and performance regulations and likewise ensure that safe working load/pressure are placed on all lifting equipment.
Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment etc.
Other requirements:
3 – 5 years in a manufacturing environment in similar position, Bottling Company preferred.
Prefer those in the Mechanical Maintenance area please.
