This role ensures structured delivery, performance tracking, and governance excellence across the project lifecycle.
Job Details
Lead integrated project planning and scheduling across multiple workstreams.
Own and manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Oversee cost control, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure efficiency and alignment with project goals.
Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Steer and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across disciplines.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and mentor project controls staff.
Collaborate with the Steering Committee by delivering structured performance reports, risk insights, and governance updates to support strategic oversight and decision-making.
Requirements
PMP Certification (mandatory).
8–10+ years of experience in project controls and planning.
Proven experience in sectors such as construction, energy, oil & gas, FMCG, commodities, or agriculture.
Proficiency in Smart Sheets, MS Project, and cost/resource management tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
