We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to help manage walk-in and phone orders, upsell our products and provide excellent customer service
Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries and take orders in person or via phone
Keep track of customer orders and inventory movements
Manage petty cash and receipts
Coordinate deliveries and pick-up arrangements with the Logistics Team
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing or related field
Friendly and confident communication
Strong multitasking and record keeping skills
Previous experience in food retail or customer service is an advantage.
