We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Warehouse to oversee and manage all warehouse operations in our Iyana-Ipaja facility.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of hospitality and FMCG products, ensuring inventory accuracy and optimal workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
Implement operational policies and procedures for improved productivity.
Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and generate periodic performance reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for seamless supply chain flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 – 6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the hospitality or FMCG sector.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proximity to Iyana-Ipaja or willingness to relocate is preferred.
