We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in estate management and valuation, with at least 2 years of post-NYSC experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support property management and valuation efforts.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
Leverage social media for marketing and advertising initiatives.
Create engaging content for property listings and promotional campaigns.
Drive to various locations for property viewings and client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management and Valuation.
Minimum of 2 years of experience post-NYSC.
In-depth knowledge of Abuja and the Abuja real estate market.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and reliability.
Proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms.
