As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll drive data initiatives that inform key product and policy decisions across our education financing programs. You will design systems that help us understand the economics of schools, education access, and student progress in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data collection and analysis on education costs in public and private schools
Build a database of private schools categorized by type, location, and registration status
Analyze and visualize data on learning outcomes, school trends, and family education financing
Oversee periodic “State of Education” reporting initiatives
Support our student loan program by analyzing borrower segments and repayment patterns
Mentor junior data team members and manage workflows
Requirements:
3–6 years of data analytics experience
Strong skills in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Experience with survey design, field data collection, or impact analysis preferred
Experience in education, financial inclusion, or development sectors is a strong plus
