We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Learning and Development Officer to support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful training programs.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving employee performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and promoting a culture of continuous learning within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Design, plan, and implement learning and development initiatives, including induction, soft skills, technical, compliance, and leadership training.
Liaise with subject matter experts and external facilitators to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulatory and quality assurance standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in law, engineering or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
