Conduct a comprehensive audit and optimization of the existing DevOps infrastructure
Fine-tune configurations to align with business objectives
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the internal DevOps team
Deliver hands-on training to improve system reliability and performance
Technology Stack: Kafka, Redis, NGINX (on-premise, not cloud-based)
