Plan and deliver high-quality, learner-centered lessons in accordance with national and international standards.
Employ 21st-century teaching methodologies, integrating digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.

Design and administer appropriate formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
TRCN certification (or evidence of registration in progress).
At least 2–3 years of verifiable teaching experience in a structured school setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in integrating ICT in instructional delivery.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Additional Advantage:
Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum and IGCSE will be a distinct advantage.
