Key Responsibilities
Mobilize deposits through the sale of financial products and services.
Source and onboard accounts from High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
Manage client investment portfolios, monitor performance, and provide timely updates.
Identify and target potential companies and individuals for B2B and B2C sales.
Develop and implement strategic market engagement plans.
Facilitate meetings and product presentations to drive client conversion.
Upsell and cross-sell financial services to existing retail clients.
Proactively manage client relationships and ensure optimal service delivery.
Secure referrals and leads through relationship management.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activity, lead conversion, and client feedback.
Ensure client complaints are resolved swiftly in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
Support corporate events and initiatives to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Sc. or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
A minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive working experience in business development or financial services.
Proficient in client acquisition and portfolio management.
