We are seeking a detail-oriented IT/Systems Administrator to support our digital tools and field operations during a high-impact project.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor digital platforms used by field teams and escalate issues as needed
Manage user accounts, access, and routine system maintenance
Liaise with software vendors to resolve technical issues
Provide hands-on tech support and basic digital training to staff
Ensure data integrity, backups, and system compliance.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field.
Strong skills in Excel and system troubleshooting
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in supporting digital platforms and user training is a plus.
