Set up and manage HR policies, procedures, and frameworks from scratch.
Provide strategic HR advisory to leadership and management.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Support talent development, training, and succession planning.
Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on HR experience, including HR advisory and system setup.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and policy development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
PHRI certification or equivalent is preferred.
