Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety.
Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.
Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations and address technical issues.
Prepare production reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and preventive maintenance routines.
Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, including training on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
