We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive fresh graduate for the position of Finance Officer to support in managing the financial operations of our organization.
The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor expenditure and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Liaise with financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide financial support and analysis to various departments.
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting.
NOT MORE THAN 2 years experience in finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and MS Excel)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
