Role Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence, developing and executing content strategies, and crafting engaging content.
Daily tasks include monitoring social media channels, responding to customer inquiries, analyzing social media metrics to ensure alignment with our marketing goals, and converting social media leads for the hotels and apartments you manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develops creative, top-on-trend, engaging, creative, and innovative content to increase brand visibility and to promote brand-focused messages.
Audits and analyzes social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
Monitor and report on CRM metrics and monthly reports, including hotel guest room bookings, acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Shoot, Edit, Post and Convert Hotel Guest room bookings via our hotel’s online social media accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
3-5 years of social media experience working for a hospitality brand.
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Strong video editing for reels, and graphic design skills
Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports
Excellent organizational and abilities to meet deadlines
Must have good knowledge of social media platforms, web proficiency, copywriting, content creation, brand marketing, etc.
Must possess graphic design skills.
Must have good proofreading and editing skills.
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
