Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
Handle procurement processes, tender documentation, and contract administration.
Monitor project timelines, resources, and delivery schedules using Microsoft Project.
Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, and safety standards.
Prepare valuations, progress reports, and variation orders.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to develop cost control tools, dashboards, and financial tracking systems.
Ensure projects comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
B.Sc Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying and/or project management.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Project is essential.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and within budget.
Membership in a professional body (e.g., NIQS, PMI, RICS) is an added advantage.
