We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printing Operator with hands-on experience in a corrugation plant environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the printing process within corrugated cardboard manufacturing and demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain flexographic or rotary die-cut printing machines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate flexographic or rotary printing machines used in corrugated board production
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and minimal waste
Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
Ensure accurate alignment, ink viscosity, color consistency, and die cutting precision
Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets
Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards
Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on the factory floor.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a corrugated carton/packaging plant
In-depth knowledge of corrugated printing processes, machinery, and materials
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and within a team
Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to work in Ijebu Ode.
