The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Petcare Animal Hospital. This leadership role ensures smooth functioning across all departments, supports the medical team, oversees client relations, manages staff performance, and contributes to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with best veterinary practices.
Manage inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
Team Leadership & HR Management:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate support staff and front desk personnel.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of staff.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment with a strong focus on professional growth and staff well-being.
Client Experience & Communication:
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
Supervise the reception team to ensure appointments, follow-ups, and communication are handled efficiently.
Implement systems to gather and respond to client feedback.
Financial Oversight:
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
Monitor expenses, manage payroll, and support billing accuracy.
Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports for the Medical Director.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory, health, and safety standards.
Monitor and update medical records and documentation practices.
Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for animal care and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
