Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping our facility (building systems-mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and equipment running smoothly and safely while responding quickly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications:
HND, Trade Certification, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, or related disciplines. A Trade Test III qualification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar technical or maintenance role, preferably within a Facility Management company in either a residential or commercial environment.
Good working knowledge of electrical maintenance, generator servicing, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (for logging maintenance records and reports).
Excellent skill in mathematical computations and data handling.
