We’re seeking an experienced and skilled HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflicts
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HR roles
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills.
