We are expanding our team and seeking an Experienced Marketing Officer who will be key in driving our growth and strengthening our presence in the financial services space.
Responsibilities
Aggressively drive deposit mobilization strategies to grow the bank’s customer base and balance sheet.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Identify market opportunities and execute marketing campaigns to attract new business.
Promote and cross-sell our financial products and services (loans, mobile banking, USSD, etc.).
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic marketing plans.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
Proven track record in deposit mobilization and meeting financial targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the microfinance and/or retail banking market.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
