We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Content Creator who will also serve as a Front Desk Personnel.
This position requires a blend of storytelling, digital content production, and excellent interpersonal skills to represent Voedsel Capital professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging and high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, and written posts) for our social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends to produce relevant and innovative content.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and reach.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of experience in content creation.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar).
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Must be based in Lekki or of close proximity.
