Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with SLOT’s standards and timelines.
Develop and execute the SLOT expansion roadmap, including defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, set realistic deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and evaluate overall project performance.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify strategic locations for new store setups.
Design 3D layouts and floor plans for proposed store locations in line with brand specifications.
Assess risks related to construction and store operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to best practices in construction and renovation techniques.
Supervise store revamp and renovation projects as directed by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in construction, retail project management or a similar role.
Strong background in retail expansion, construction planning, and site selection.
Proficient in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project).
Excellent budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various location
