We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Facility Management Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. This role is ideal for NYSC members seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) or graduates who have just completed NYSC and are eager to gain hands-on experience in facility management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations and upkeep of the facility.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and repairs.
Monitor the condition of office equipments and infrastructure.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and technicians as needed.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, reports, and inventory.
Ensure that safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are upheld.
Support logistics for internal meetings, workspace setups, and office supplies.
Report any facility issues promptly to the Facility Manager or Admin Lead.
Assist with general administrative duties and support the operations team.

Requirements

Current NYSC corps member seeking PPA, or recently completed NYSC.
Smart, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in facility management, real estate, or customer success is a plus.
Comfortable using basic computer tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
