Burn is looking for a Data Entry Assistant who will be responsible for accurately maintaining and preserving all inventory records, both digital and physical, as instructed by the supervisor.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain and Preserve ALL inventory records, both soft and hard copies as directed by the supervisor
• Organize records Alphabetically and Chronologically for future reference
• Assist dispatch assistants in the paperwork generation process, to expedite service to customer
• Guide dispatch assistants, and other inventory employees on good record keeping.
• Any other responsibilities may be assigned by the Materials Controller. Shipping Co-ordinator and other members of BURN management.

Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and database systems.
• Basic understanding of record-keeping and filing systems.
