Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop mechanics.
Perform hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts, trucks, and Hiab equipment.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and promptly.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Manage workshop tools, equipment, and inventory.
Implement and enforce safety procedures.
Maintain accurate service records.
Requirements
B.Eng./HND with 10 years+ experience.
Significant hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of forklifts, trucks, and Hiab is essential.
Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a workshop environment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
