Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields.
3+ years of experience conducting research using diverse methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, RCTs, quasi-experimental design, etc.)
Software proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, R, KoboToolbox, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, Python, Atlas, Dedoose.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, preferably with donors andgovernment.
Experience in developing knowledge productssuch as technical reports, briefs, policy briefsetc.
Project implementation experience, preferably in the health and development sector.
Willingness to work onsite (must be resident in Abuja).
Fluency in Hausa is a plus.
