Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., online job boards, social media, networking)
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
Conduct and manage interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring.
Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent recruitment services.
Work closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment.
Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide reports on recruitment performance.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential candidates.

Requirements 

Candidates must have worked in a consulting firm as a recruiter.
Candidates must also have CIPM or any other HR certifications.
