Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the company’s assets, employees, and operations.
Provide strategic security advice to the Management Team and Board of Directors.
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to the company’s assets, employees, and operations.
Develop and implement risk-based security protocols and procedures.
Oversee the management of security personnel, including training, deployment, performance management. Ensure effective security patrols, access controls, and surveillance systems are in place.
Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement crisis management and emergency response plans.
Coordinate responses to security incidents, including investigations and reporting.
Develop and manage security budget, including resource allocation and procurement.
Ensure effective utilization of security resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
Provide regular security reports to the Management Team and Board of Directors.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including personnel employees, contractors, and external partners. Develop and implement security awareness and training programs for employees.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security measures. Ensure effectiveness access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
Collaborate with IT. Department to ensure information security and cybersecurity.
