You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
Responsibilities
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions reviews.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation.
Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Requirements and skills
OND, HND / B.Sc in any related field
Minimum of 2 years experience with a registered travel agency
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling.
General knowledge about ticketing, hotel reservations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
Must reside close to the job location
